Arrive in Johannesburg

Welcome to South Africa! Meet your Tour Manager at OR Tambo International Airport and transfer to your hotel. Unwind and enjoy dinner at an Indian restaurant. Overnight in Johannesburg.

Day 2

Johannesburg – Pilanesberg National Park

Check out after breakfast and proceed to a game lodge in Pilanesberg National Park. Nestled in an ancient volcanic crater, this malaria-free reserve hosts the Big Five. After lunch, take an afternoon game drive. Overnight in Pilanesberg.

Day 3

Pilanesberg Wildlife Safaris

Wake up early for a morning game drive to spot active predators. Rest at your safari lodge during midday, and head back out for another thrilling afternoon game drive. Overnight in Pilanesberg.

Day 4

Walk with Lions, Gold Reef City & JNB Tour

Check out and drive back to Johannesburg. Experience an unforgettable, ranger-guided walk alongside majestic lions. Later, explore the historic Gold Reef City mine tour and enjoy a guided city sightseeing drive. Overnight in Johannesburg.

Day 5

Johannesburg – Flight to George – Garden Route

Full Day Oudtshoorn Exploration

Depart for a comprehensive tour of Oudtshoorn. Discover the ancient dripstone chambers of Cango Caves, interact with regional wildlife at Cango Wildlife Ranch, and tour an operational Safari Ostrich Farm. Overnight in Garden Route.

Day 7

Bloukrans Bridge & Knysna Sunset Cruise

Visit the spectacular Bloukrans Bridge bungee viewpoint (jumping optional at extra cost). In the late afternoon, head to Knysna Waterfront for a scenic sunset cruise along the lagoon. Overnight in Garden Route.

Day 8

Garden Route to Cape Town

After breakfast, check out and enjoy a highly scenic overland drive toward Cape Town, admiring iconic countryside transitions. Check into your hotel and enjoy a peaceful evening. Overnight in Cape Town.

Day 9

Table Mountain & Cape Town City Tour

Ride a rotating cable car to the top of Table Mountain for panoramic horizons (weather permitting). Afterwards, explore historic landmarks on a city orientation drive covering Company's Garden and Malay Quarter. Overnight in Cape Town.

Day 10

Cape Peninsula Highlights Tour

Head to Hout Bay for a cruise to Seal Island. See the African penguins at Boulders Beach, visit Cape Point Nature Reserve, explore the Cape of Good Hope, and ride the Flying Dutchman funicular. Overnight in Cape Town.

Day 11

V&A Shopping & Coastal Helicopter Flight

Spend your morning shopping at V&A Waterfront or Canal Walk Mall. Later, experience a thrilling 10-minute helicopter ride showcasing Cape Town's spectacular coastlines and urban landscape. Overnight in Cape Town.

Cape Town - Departure

3 game drives in a shared non-AC open safari vehicle.

Main International flight tickets and visa arrangements.
Travel insurance.
Mandatory service tips of USD 6 per person per day.
Personal incidental expenses (porterage, minibar, custom drinks, laundry, telephone logs).
Surcharges applicable during the travel dates or anything not listed under inclusions.

Know Before You Book

The standard hotel check-in window opens starting at 14:00/15:00, and checkout must be wrapped up by 10:00. Early check-in can never be fully guaranteed.

There are zero cash refunds or credits granted for any unutilized tour elements like skipped meals, transport links, or venue entrances.

Ground touring transport routes strictly exclude access to vehicle toilets to preserve on-board hygiene standards. Regular comfort stops are planned during long drives.

Vehicle seating follows an organized daily rotation system. The front-most row remains reserved exclusively for the guide, manager, and culinary staff.

Due to rigid boot space constraints inside ground transfer vehicles, baggage limits are restricted strictly to one medium check-in piece and one carry-on bag per traveler. Extra pieces incur separate local surcharges.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

Booking Fees

A deposit of USD 1,000 per person along with complete passport bio-page copies is mandatory to initialize group processing status.

Interim Remittance

50% of the remaining balance tour cost component must be fully cleared at least 60 days prior to your scheduled departure date.

Final Settlement

100% of the complete package cost must be perfectly clear in our records no later than 30 days before the trip starts.

Cancellation Penalties

Penalties are assessed per passenger: 60+ days out scales at 20%; 60-46 days scales at 30%; 45-31 days scales at 50%; 30-16 days scales at 75%; and 15-0 days triggers a 100% penalty.
